The JASKOLA Process
The policy comes after the objective.
Five stages, in order. Each one exists to prevent the most common failure in this business: a product chosen before anyone defined what it was supposed to do.

No strategy is final until the carrier has completed underwriting and the client has reviewed the actual policy and illustration. Coverage is subject to underwriting and carrier approval, and the final offer may differ from any design presented earlier.
What to expect
Clear expectations, set early.
What happens in the first conversation?
A structured discussion of objectives, obligations, cash flow, existing coverage, and horizon. No illustration is presented in a first meeting.
How long does the process take?
Design work typically takes days. Underwriting commonly takes several weeks and depends on medical records, exams, and financial documentation.
What is required from you?
Accurate health and financial information, timely responses during underwriting, and a willingness to revisit the objective if the final offer differs from the design.
What happens after issue?
The issued policy and final illustration are reviewed against the original objective, and a periodic review cadence is established.
